His mother answered, “We have no idea. However, it is transforming us and turning us into something else.
A rush of nausea swept over George. Although he had always enjoyed horror and monster films, he had never imagined that something like this could occur.
His father moved forward and said, “We have to leave here. George took a step back, staring at his parents’ twisted features.
“Come on, George,” his mother pleaded, grasping a scaly hand. “Please provide a hand.”
Looking for Safety
